02 mobile access numbers to india pakistan sri-lanka

Well the news for 02 customers could be better. It seems that 02 dont get the concept of having a mobile. If you have an 02 mobile then it is pretty much useful as receiving a Christmas card at Easter.

Honestly what is the point of having a mobile phone if you cannot call your wife on it. The message I am getting on my 02 phone does not make sense. If I can call my wife on her 07822 3 number from my landline then why is it I cannot call her from my 02 phone. What a joke.

Time for a revolution...

It's very surprising to see Orange charging the noodle number 078223 from 15th December without informing the customers.
I have been charged heavily and do not understand that how legitimate it is to do.
However on calling Orange Customer service they gave an excuse saying that in October Bill it is mentioned that all Call forwarding Numbers will be charged from 15th Dec 07. This is really shocking as they have been very generic in terms and conditions.

http://www.business.orange.co.uk/servlet/Satellite?pagename=Business&c=OUKPage&cid=1135953584590

"*As of 15th December 2007, calls to these services are not included in the inclusive minutes bundle and include calls to 07, 070, 08 and 09 numbers. These calls may be charged to a maximum of 20p, 55p, 55p and £1.70 inclusive of VAT respectively (Business customers will be charged ex VAT prices). This only applies to call forward services, regular mobile numbers beginning with 07 won't change at all."

Conclusion:
It is charged and there is no point in using Orange anymore.
