Orange charging 20 pence a minute to call a UK mobile number

What is the meaning of this. My friend who had an Orange phone called me last week and found that he was charged £2 for a 10 minute call to my mobile. He had a anytime any network orange contract and thought that any network meant any network, but he didn't count on Orange taking the piss and excluding networks from their any network tariffs

So he promptly cancelled his contract and he now had a Pay as you go mobile.

The revolution is about to begin...

I'm having an on-going dialog with three at the moment, trying to get a better deal ..........
Still it's always good to talk, 'cos I need the practice
